Excessive emails. Cannot get removed from mailing list. Contacted customer service over 8 times!!!!!
My husband ordered from this website ONCE. He gets about 8 to 10 emails every week.
No matter how many times he tries to place them in his Spam folder or presses the Unsubscribe button at the base of these excessive emails -- they still keep coming!! I have emailed the website about 4 times...having to re-explain the situation each time. I tell them the Unsubscribe Button does NOT work & ask that they PLEASE remove him from their database!! I have been told twice by Dr.
Squatch that he has been removed, but the emails are still coming. I have tried to call -- no one answers the phone. I have spoken to 3 different people in the website chat - again having to RE-explain the situation each time and expressing to them (after they form letter tell me 'press the Unsubscribe button, blah blah blah...') to PLEASE remove my husbands email from the database!! Why is this sooooo impossible???
A week & at least 9 requests later -- I am still trying to accomplish this mission. Pray for me...
