You guys need to use a better shipping company because ontrac (who ever they are) left my package in an area to be stolen. Instead of bringing my package to my apartment door they left it in the lobby at the building entrance.

My package was stolen because the delivery was careless. UPS, FED EX AND EVEN USPS PUTS THE PACKAGES AT MY APARTMENT DOOR.

The company did great, very satisfied with the result. A new replacement bar arrived today.

The problem was solved quickly. Love this company.

I placed a one time purchase a few weeks ago and then I got charged for a subscription that I didnt sign up for and I was charged 30$ for something I dont want I would like a refund please and thank you !

I ordered a boxed soap pack with 4 soaps in a special edition box of Harry Potter. I received 4 loose bars in a brown box.

It was a special Christmas gift. I emailed customer service and they said they are busy and will respond later. They do not accept phone complaints either!

This was my first and last order from Dr. Ripoff.

I did not authorize payment for a subscription yet money was taken out of my account. I would like a full refund please

I canceled my subscription almost 2 months ago. And then when the quarterly renewal came back around, Squatch automatically chose to renew and bill my subscription without my authorization.

I almost got an NSF fee because money wasn't there for this illegal transaction on Squatchs end.

No customer service #, no one responded to my email to stop the order from billing, I had to stop payment thru paypal and my bank. I'm switching to "Dirty Rooster" soap because of this negligence.

There is no customer service, just an automated A.I. these *** renewed my subscription and are just taking money out my account after I already cancelled my subscription with them months ago.

Thanks to them they screwed me from paying an important bill.

They set up everything so they don't face their customer's, they send an A.I. that offers no real help at all

I have been unable to redeem my 883 Squatch points. I am very unhappy with this. Customer service is poor; there is no active phone number to call.

It took multiple emails to cancel my subscription. Then, several weeks later, in the middle of the night, the website renewed my subscription without my permission, charged my credit card, and mailed the subscription before I even woke up the next morning.

Then, after multiple attempts to email and call, I received no response. This website is a total scam.

They fraudulently charged my credit card and renewed a subscription I had canceled weeks earlier without my permission in the middle of the night. By the time I woke up to all the emails, the items had already shipped and I have been trying to contact them through email for days with absolutely no response. This company is a total scam.

My order was processing so still hadnt been packed or shipped and i asked to cancel rite away because of a lack of funds and they told me that I needed to make the change within 30 min of order being made. So now i gotta worry about my account being overdrawn when they could have easily canceled my order.

I need to stop I subscription that I never applied for. Meanwhile, you are sending me product that I did not buy.

I received an email saying that my package was delivered, but it was not outside. I looked at the picture they sent, and that is not my front door.

They have it at the wrong house. This is not the first time this has happened.

Did not order this product .so I'm wondering why it came to my address. I already have enough of this deodorant! How do I send it back?

I've cancelled all subscriptions in the past, and you're still sending it to me and taking my money from my account without my authorization. Please send me my money back.
